GlobalShopex does not offer any technical support or sales advice. Customer must pay return shipping charges for all returned merchandise. GlobalShopex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
All international orders must be placed through the GlobalShopex web site interface. The only payment methods GlobalShopex accepts are the following:
Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, MoneyGram, Alipay or Bank Transfer.
For wire transfers there is a fee of approximately $40.00 USD. These charges must be covered separately from the amount requested for your purchase. Orders can only be processed once the full price of the items, shipping costs and optional charges are covered.
Payments may be processed in US Dollars or in your Local Currency. If prices are expressed in your local currency in the checkout, they will be charged accordingly.
As an exception, PayPal payments will only be received in USD.
International Shipping Criteria & Methods
Consider 24-48 hours for a payment to be processed. GlobalShopex does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Once the payment of your order is processed the items are requested from the associated store where the purchase was made. Shipping times promised are considered from the moment an order arrives to our facilities. Your Parcel will arrive to your address in approximately 5 to 15 business days depending on the shipping method selected (8 to 15 for Standard or 3 to 8 for Priority).
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
GlobalShopex does not price match competitors. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our partner’s web site and updated daily. Prices are non-negotiable.
Globalshopex international orders do not include domestic sale taxes; they are not required for orders shipping Abroad.
Depending on the nature of the product, it’s value and the import laws of the country of destination an international order may incur in Duties and Taxes with the local customs. These charges are not related to Globalshopex, and cannot be avoided.
Unless they are prepaid with us, import Duties and Taxes will be charged to you once the order is received and reviewed by customs in your country.
GlobalShopex ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. GlobalShopex does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased on GlobalShopex partner’s websites will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
GlobalShopex does not offer any sort of technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations; provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information according to what the manufacturer provides us with. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted on GlobalShopex.
Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, provided the items are in stock, that there are no problems with your chosen payment method, or that your order does not contain special requests such as personalization that may need verification.
If your order contains out of stock items, preorder items, special requests or special coupon codes that need to be reviewed, the processing period may be delayed by up to 4 business days.
After the processing period is completed, your order will be requested from the store. Additional processing times may apply once the order is requested in the case of special, customized or pre-order items.
GlobalShopex does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional time for weekend or holiday orders.
Shipments will be made when all items in your order have arrived at our logistic facilities. Globalshopex does not make partial shipments.
In the occasion that your order placed is backordered or contains backordered items you will be properly informed of the incident and requested to choose between proceeding with the purchase or waiting for the items to become available, if no response is received within a set period of time the order will be held until it can be completed and shipped
Out of stock Items will be cancelled from the respective order and refunded if the payment has been processed, you will be given the option to receive the rest of the order or cancel it and receive a refund. Should an entire order be out of stock, it will be cancelled and refunded if the payment has been processed.
Options of exchanging a backorder or out of stock item are only provided if the store has the availability, and only for items of the same type, and the same value or less.
GlobalShopex will keep you informed of the status of your order via e-mail. Emails will be sent at the following stages: Confirmation of the order, confirmation of payment, and confirmation of shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped from our facilities.

All online transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost security.
You may request changes to your order before it is shipped from the store to our facilities. This period normally allows for 24 hours after the payment of your order has been processed so you can make changes. This does not include customized, special or preorder items.
If the policies of the store where you made the purchase come into conflict with this information, the policies of the store will apply.
You may request to cancel an order provided the order has not already been processed and shipped from our logistic facility.
In the case that you request your order and it has already been shipped from the store to our facilities, there may be delays in the refund, as the items have to be returned.
After an order is prepared for international shipment it cannot be cancelled.
GlobalShopex strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. We cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate. In the event that a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, GlobalShopex shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from GlobalShopex are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. GlobalShopex does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.
GlobalShopex is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, GlobalShopex puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are occasions which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. GlobalShopex relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, GlobalShopex will not be held responsible for product revision changes.
On rare occasions, it may be possible that the shipping costs for an order turns out to be higher than originally estimated. This normally happens when the actual volumetric weight wasn’t reflected correctly into the system, which caused a disruption in shipping estimations and costs. Globalshopex usually tries to handle this sort of problem internally, however in some cases it is forced to pass part of the costs to the customer. Globalshopex makes every effort to improve its system to make sure that these issues do not continue.
